Civilian jobs
Civilian jobs are open to everyone and need no game pass:
- Cashier — take the interactive Cashier quest at the Defresca Gas Station or the Fresh Harvest Grocery Store. You serve customers and earn Cash per transaction.
- RoDash delivery — a food and grocery delivery job where you pick up orders and drive them to drop-off points around the county.
These jobs are ideal for steady, low-pressure income while you learn the map.
Police & law enforcement
Joining the police lets you patrol the roads, run traffic stops and keep street racers in check. Officers have access to a full Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to manage calls, run plates and coordinate responses. The Premium Law Enforcement game pass adds a Radar Gun, a Placement Tool for road and police objects, and additional vehicles.
DOT, fire & medical
Beyond policing, the county runs several emergency and infrastructure teams:
- DOT (Department of Transportation) — place construction and roadway objects and operate DOT trucks, including tow interactivity. Requires the DOT Vehicle Access pass for full features.
- Fire Department — respond to incidents dispatched through the CAD system.
- Medical / EMS — handle medical dispatch and patient response.
Which job should you pick?
- New players: start with cashier or RoDash delivery to build up Cash.
- Roleplayers: join police, fire or EMS for structured, team-based play.
- Builders: DOT is the most creative role thanks to the Placement Tool.
